We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Bartender to oversee daily bar operations, ensure warm and elevated guest service, and support staff training. This role blends hands-on bartending with leadership responsibilities, helping to maintain a smooth, efficient, and high-energy bar environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve drinks while ensuring consistency and quality. • Create and execute a Japanese-inspired cocktail menu • Lead by example and assist in training, mentoring, and supervising bar staff. • Oversee bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness during shifts. • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently. • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed. • Manage cash handling and ensure POS transactions are accurate. Qualifications: • 2+ years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. • Responsible alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) preferred. • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods. • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform basic physical tasks required behind the bar.
