Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Youth Behavioral Health Location: Mt. Juliet, TN - Mt. Juliet Youth Academy Job Type: Part-Time | Multiple Shifts Available Pay: $30.00 per hour Schedule: Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available. About Youth Opportunity & Mt. Juliet Youth Academy (Mt. Juliet, TN) Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for at‑risk youth. Mt. Juliet Youth Academy in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee provides trauma‑informed residential care for females ages 12 to 17 within a secure, structured Youth Academy setting. Programming includes clinical therapy, education, life skills training, restorative justice, art, music, and recreation. Youth typically remain in care for 6 to 9 months, engaging in individual, family, and group therapy; victim‑impact awareness; pre‑vocational preparation; and enrichment programming. The small group environment supports emotional healing, family involvement, and reintegration planning. Position Summary – LPN Job in Mt. Juliet, TN We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Mt. Juliet,TN. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care, supporting mental health needs, and helping stabilize youth during their treatment and assessment process. Must be free of communicable diseases as defined by the state and to the extent that knowledge is attainable under the law. Must be able to transport clients.
