Full Description

Status: Part-Time Hourly                                                          FLSA classification: Non-Exempt Hourly Rate: $28.00    Summary of the Position: Program Coordinator provides operational and case management support for the Philadelphia Program and Program Director to ensure effective, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of program operations, contract compliance, participant intake and referral processes, documentation requirements, and community-based case management services. The Program Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for youth, families, schools, and community stakeholders while helping to coordinate services and monitor participant progress toward individualized goals.   * Support the Program Director in the day-to-day operation of the Philadelphia program. * Assist with program compliance, service delivery standards, participant intake, referrals, and case management activities. * Maintain collaborative relationships with local law enforcement agencies, schools, community organizations, and referral sources. * Communicate regularly with youth, parents/caregivers, school personnel, and other stakeholders to support service goals. * Serve as a liaison between youth, families, and community resources to facilitate engagement and access to services. * Monitor and document participants' behavioral, emotional, and social progress. * Maintain accurate and timely case files, progress notes, and case documentation in accordance with agency and contract requirements. * Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and other required program reports. * Attend and actively participate in internal team meetings, case reviews, trainings, and external stakeholder meetings * Support program initiatives and other administrative or service-related duties as assigned.   Qualifications/Requirements:  * Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered * Master's degree in a related field is preferred. * Minimum one year of experience supporting program operations, supervising staff, managing budgets, or coordinating services * Experience working with youth and families in community-based, school-based, or home-based settings * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; Experience with electronic health record (EHR) or case management systems is a plus.  * Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required * Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus  Benefits Available: * Voluntary Dental * Voluntary Vision * UNUM Supplemental Insurance * 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan * Employee Assistance Program  * Pet Insurance * Flexible Schedule * Weekly Pay * Direct Deposit    Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
