We’re looking for a personable, polished, and organized Client Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our professional office center and help deliver a top-tier client experience. Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors at the front desk, meeting rooms, and café • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system while multitasking at the front desk • Coordinate meeting room reservations and prepare setups • Support and manage onsite client meetings and conferences • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages • Maintain clean, organized shared spaces including reception, offices, meeting rooms, and café • Provide administrative support and assist with general office operations • Assist in client onboarding using CRM, phone, and accounting systems • Light bookkeeping: record keeping, payments, deposits, and billing support • Cross-train across business operations • Assist with introductory sales tasks and provide tours for prospective clients What We're Looking For: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Friendly, professional demeanor and appearance • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, professional environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat a plus • Eager to learn and support multiple aspects of business operations • Experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or administrative roles preferred Bonus Qualifications: • Experience with CRM systems, multi-line phone systems, and general office equipment • Comfort working within a small, collaborative team environment • Prior experience in hospitality or administrative support in a corporate/professional setting www.youroffice.com A Smarter Way to Office.
