About Your Reformer Your Reformer is a fast-growing, market-leading fitness brand transforming the reformer Pilates experience. We bring premium studio-quality reformers and digital fitness solutions into homes, studios, gyms, and commercial spaces globally. We are expanding our US operations and looking for an energetic, reliable part-time Warehouse Pick & Packer to join our Anaheim team. Role Overview This part-time Warehouse Pick & Packer position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and distribution operations. You’ll be responsible for accurate picking, packing, dispatching accessory orders, and supporting general warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Schedule: • Approximately - 12-15 hours per week • Monday, Wednesday, Friday • Typically between 9am-1pm • On-site at our Anaheim, CA Office/Warehouse Key Responsibilities • Accurately pick and pack accessory orders and prepare shipments on schedule • Assist with daily warehouse setup and operational needs • Conduct basic quality control checks on outgoing orders • Support new team members during onboarding • Receive and check incoming stock • Perform basic data entry in warehouse systems (as needed) • Maintain waste management and recycling processes • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and well-merchandised • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines • Promote safe working habits at all times About You – Skills & Experience • Reliable transportation to/from the Anaheim warehouse • Prior experience in warehousing, pick/pack, retail stock, or physical goods handling • Strong communication skills • Friendly, helpful, honest, and customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude • Quick learner who embraces change and works with professionalism • Physically capable of manual handling, lifting, and standing during shifts • Committed to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment Safety is paramount to this role, ensuring all manual handling procedures are followed at all times, COVID-19 hygiene is maintained, and road safety and rules are strictly adhered to.
