Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with overseeing commercial and industrial fencing, gates, guardrail, bollards, access control, and related site construction projects. This role requires disciplined coordination of crews, subcontractors, materials, budgets, safety, and client communication. The Senior PM will be responsible for taking awarded projects from kickoff through installation and closeout — ensuring schedule adherence, quality workmanship, profitability, and strong client relationships. This position is critical to operational excellence and scaling the division’s growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead project kickoff, schedule development, resource coordination, and field execution planning. • Manage multiple active jobs simultaneously, including crew direction, subcontractor oversight, and on-site problem solving. • Coordinate materials, equipment, inspections, permits, and staging logistics. • Maintain project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and documentation. • Conduct client updates, progress reports, site visits, punch lists, and issue resolution. • Ensure all projects follow safety standards, quality expectations, and contractual requirements. • Work closely with estimating during handoff and collaborate with leadership to refine processes and systems. • Drive projects through a complete lifecycle: award → mobilization → installation → closeout → final billing. Preferred Experience/ Background • 5–10+ years managing commercial fencing, guardrail, gates, site construction, or light civil projects for a contractor or division with $30M+ in annual revenue. • Hands-on field leadership experience including managing crews, subcontractors, daily coordination, and on-site installations. • Demonstrated success running multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines, strict budgets, and client expectations. • Track record of improving processes such as scheduling workflows, documentation procedures, QA/QC, reporting, or installation efficiency.
