We are professional, agile and our goal is to Provide quality and safe transportation services for the community we serve. • We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. • The successful candidate will be responsible for daily route and dispatch needs, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about our services. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, computer knowledge of Microsoft and dispatching software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Office filing and needs. • Answer and track phone calls. • Manage daily schedules and routes. • Communicate and work with drivers/aids. • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a courteous and efficient manner. • Maintain records and update client information as needed. • Develop relationships with clients as well as others to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. • Identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
