About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive coordinator to run the day-to-day operations of a growing podcast. You’ll own the guest pipeline, coordinate closely with the host, and handle logistics—from pre-interviews and run-of-show prep to communication and scheduling. Your north star is a consistent, on-time release schedule and a first-class guest and host experience. Location: Remote Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer Employment: Full-time What You’ll Do Guest Pipeline & Booking Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of target guests aligned to the editorial calendar. Drive outreach, screening, and scheduling; manage confirmations, reminders, and reschedules. Prepare and collect guest assets (bio, headshot, links) and manage release forms. Host & Episode Coordination Create concise briefing docs: guest research, suggested angles, must-ask questions, and talking points. Conduct or coordinate pre-interviews and align on episode goals and run-of-show. Manage calendars, holds, and time zones; ensure the host has everything needed 48 hours in advance. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication; confident engaging with guests and hosts. Highly organized and dependable; able to manage details across multiple episodes and schedules. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. Strong follow-through and accountability for commitments. Enthusiasm for podcasts and storytelling; eager to learn as the show grows.
