What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering management or a similar leadership role. - Strong technical background with proficiency in modern software development methodologies and tools. - Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams. - Proven ability to deliver complex software projects on time and within scope. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the market research or data analytics industry. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Background in scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. - Certifications in project management or Agile methodologies.
