What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering management. - Proven ability to lead distributed teams across multiple time zones. - Strong technical background in software development and architecture. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to mentor and develop engineering teams.
