What You'll Do: - You will manage and lead distributed software engineering teams across North America and Europe. - You will collaborate with technical leads to assign work, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects. - You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within your teams. - You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to align engineering output with company objectives. - You will mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and skill development. - You will implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. - You will manage resource allocation and project timelines to optimize productivity. - You will communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in software engineering management or a similar leadership role. - You have strong technical expertise in software development methodologies and tools. - You possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience managing distributed teams. - You have a proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within scope. - You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a fully remote environment managing international teams. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Background in data analytics or market research software development. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
