About the Role As a Field Marketing Manager at you.com, you will be at the forefront of planning and executing our in-person event experiences, including conferences, trade shows, roadshows, and pop-up activations. You will be responsible for flawless logistics, creative booth design, and delivering engaging on-site experiences that bring our brand to life. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to maximize event ROI, drive lead generation, and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Your role will include meticulous tracking of event-related data, maintaining accurate attendee and lead lists, and collaborating closely with the sales team for post-event measurement and follow-up, ensuring every event delivers measurable business impact. Responsibilities Field Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of in-person events—including conferences, trade shows, industry summits, roadshows, and pop-ups—to drive engagement and grow the you.com presence. Logistics & Operations: Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, contract negotiation, travel arrangements, shipping, booth setup, on-site coordination, and budget management. Attendee Experience: Design and deliver exceptional attendee experiences, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the you.com brand and leaves a lasting impression. Lead Generation & ROI: Partner with sales and marketing to set event goals, develop strategies for lead capture, and measure event impact and ROI. Brand Representation: Serve as an on-site ambassador for you.com, interacting with attendees, partners, and stakeholders to foster relationships and represent our mission and values. Sales Team Collaboration: Partner closely with sales before, during, and after events to set goals, ensure comprehensive tracking, and support systematic follow-up. Collaborate on post-event measurement to assess ROI and optimize future initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, analyze event performance, and identify opportunities to improve future events and processes. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a related role. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale, in-person events (conferences, trade shows, roadshows, or similar). Strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Demonstrated experience with event ROI measurement, lead tracking, and post-event reporting. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, comfortable representing the company on-site and collaborating cross-functionally. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, with experience managing budgets and external partners. Ability to think quickly and solve problems on the fly in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Comfortable traveling 3-4 times per quarter to support and execute field events. Passion for creating memorable and impactful brand experiences. Familiarity with AI, technology, or SaaS products is a plus. Practical experience equivalent or equal to a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.
