We thank you for your understanding.*** Infrastructure Project Coordinator On-Site | Brooklyn Park, MN Contract through January (Potential to Extend) $30–$45/hr W2 + benefits Position Overview: Project Coordinator role in support of Project Planning processes. Role provides support of a Minneapolis based team to evaluate and assess new project scope requirements for hardware installations across all facilities (HQ, DC, Stores). Includes activities in support of hardware procurement, device configuration and consolidation, installation documentation, and supply chain tracking. Responsibilities: Administrative • Capture and document requirements for technology infrastructure installation projects • Document all aspects of projects during intake, including timing, status of deliverables, and changes in scope • Follow up with technology owners to acquire documentation and project inputs Project Tools & Documentation • SmartSheet Management • Create Project Portals • Update Smartsheet data logs • Transfer data to various tools • Update, maintain, and publish required team reports • General SmartSheet maintenance as required • Capture overall program issues, risks, and action items • Support Project Managers by updating and managing documentation Preferred Qualifications & Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks across diverse workstreams with attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly through writing and during hybrid/in-person meetings Proficiency with at least some project management and/or administrative software, especially: Smartsheet, Slack, Excel, Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira, and logistics tracking systems Relevant Technology Experience Experience or familiarity with the following technologies is beneficial: • Network Equipment: Switches, Wireless Access Points (WAPs) • Structured Cabling: Cat6a, fiber, circuit installations • Server & Compute Equipment • Telephony & Surveillance: IP Phones, CCTV/IP Cameras • Retail Tech: POS systems, wireless handheld devices Power Infrastructure: UPS systems, PDUs, ATSs Benefits: York Solutions Offers a generous benefits package for eligible full-time employees: • BCBS Medical with 3 Plans to choose from (PPO and High deductible PPO plans with Health Savings Program) • Delta Dental plan with 2 free cleanings and insurance discounts • Eye Med Vision with annual check-ups and discounts on lens • Life and Accidental Death Insurance paid by company • John Hancock 401(k) Retirement Plan with discretionary company match up to 5% • Voluntary Insurance programs such as: Hospital Indemnity, Identity Protection, Legal Insurance, Long Term Care, and Pet Insurance. • Flexible work environment with some remote working opportunities • Strong fun and teamwork environment • Learning, development, and career growth
