Full Description

Information Security Analyst Join a dynamic Security Operations and Engineering team as an Information Security Analyst, where you'll collaborate across technical and business units to implement security solutions and respond to incidents. This role demands strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills to build effective relationships and drive security initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Safeguard data and infrastructure while supporting business functionality. • Lead incident response and manage alerts from security tools and the SOC. • Recommend process improvements and contribute to posture management efforts. • Support governance, compliance, audits, and vendor risk assessments. • Drive vulnerability remediation and coordinate patch management. • Report on key security metrics and provide Level II support for escalated tickets. • Assist in root-cause analysis and contribute to operational reporting. • Recommend upgrades and changes to scale security operations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Preferred certifications: GSEC, CISSP, AWS. • 3+ years in InfoSec or IT engineering with increasing responsibilities. • 2+ years with cloud infrastructure and O365 technologies. • Experience with Active Directory / MS Entra ID, SOAR, vulnerability management, and query languages (KQL, SPL). • Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SOC2, PCI, SOX. • Strong understanding of networking, email authentication, and event logging. • Proven incident response experience and analytical skills. • Excellent prioritization, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
