Business Analyst with Web applications experience Rahway, NJ- USA Remote 100% Long Term Contract Must Have Experience: • Business Analyst, good to have Product Owner experience • Business Analyst who has worked with Application Team (web applications) • Be able to talk to business and create into documents • Must have experience with: Agile, Jira, Confluence • Work with Business & IT stakeholders directly Business Analyst Seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to oversee the delivery, enhancement. This role of a Business Analyst, requiring a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and continuous improvement Business Analysis: • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions. • Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Team Management: • Coordinate team activities, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Champion Scrum methodology within the team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and adaptability.
