Senior Software Engineer Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote Availability: :15 hours/week Job Summary We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to create and evaluate AI coding tasks involving bug fixing, feature development, code refactoring, and performance optimization. No Prior AI Experience Is Required. Key Responsibilities • Create coding tasks and reproducible environments with reference solutions. • Debug and fix complex software issues. • Implement features and optimize existing code. • Refactor codebases for performance and maintainability. • Document technical solutions and reasoning. • Review and validate code submissions. Required Skills • Python 3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript • Algorithms & Data Structures • Bug Fixing • Feature Implementation • Codebase Refactoring • Performance Optimization • Software Engineering • Attention to Detail Qualifications • Strong experience in at least one listed programming language. • Solid understanding of algorithms and software engineering. • Experience with debugging, feature development, refactoring, and optimization. • Strong technical communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Compensation & Start • Output-based compensation per approved task. • Minimum weekly submission requirements apply. • Expected start within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
