Frontend Engineer — Technical Reasoning Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is seeking Frontend Engineers to support a customer project focused on frontend development and AI training. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities - Analyze and explain frontend architecture and technical decisions. - Review code, component architecture, and state management solutions. - Create technical documentation such as RFCs and ADRs. - Evaluate performance, accessibility, and rendering strategies. - Provide clear, structured technical feedback. Required Skills - JavaScript & TypeScript - React - Component Architecture - State Management - Frontend Performance - Accessibility (a11y) - SSR / CSR / SSG - Code Review - Technical Writing (RFCs, ADRs) Qualifications - 3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience. - Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture. - Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
