We’re YNL Global, an early-stage startup building MyPath AI — a smart, AI-enhanced career and education discovery platform designed to guide Gen Z students toward meaningful futures. Who You’ll Work With You’ll collaborate directly with our Head of Software Development (also our Lead Software Architect) to architect and build the platform from the ground up — and help lay the foundation for our AI-powered capabilities. We don’t have a dedicated AI team yet, so we’re looking for someone ready to step in, lead, experiment, and build. Tech Stack & Tools • Frontend: Flutter, Angular • Backend: Node.js, C#/.NET Core, AWS (Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch) • APIs: REST, GraphQL • Databases: Relational + NoSQL • DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines • AI & Modern Tools (Nice to Have): → Cursor, Claude, Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol, OpenAI, LangChain What We’re Looking For ✔5+ years full-stack development ✔Experience in Flutter, Angular, Node.js, .NET Core ✔Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL and AWS services ✔Great UI/UX instincts, especially for younger audiences (Gen Z) ✔Hands-on exposure to AI tools, APIs, or intelligent feature design ✔Bonus: Startup, EdTech, or AI-native development experience ✔Above all — someone excited to build before getting paid Why Join Us? • Founding equity — own a real stake in what you’re building • Paid salary role starts once revenue begins (targeted soon — already in motion) • Lead early AI integrations • Collaborate with experienced leadership & technical architects • 100% remote and flexible • Build a product Gen Z wants and the world needs Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $1.00 per month Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Work Location: Remote
