Job Description: • Leads GRACE financial planning, budgeting, reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting, in partnership with Y-USA Finance, Financial Development, and Legal Departments, ensuring compliance with donor, regulatory, and audit requirements • Manages external and internal GRACE grant administration processes, coordinating grant agreements, reporting, and compliance in partnership with international YMCAs, Finance, Legal, and Financial Development. • Co-leads global youth initiatives in partnership with Y-USA, local U.S. YMCAs, Area Alliances, and the World YMCA, overseeing selection processes, strategic alignment, and cohort learning implementation. • Supports the design and delivery of global and national programs and events to strengthen organizational capacity and shared learning across the YMCA network. • Provides service delivery support rooted in the GRACE Leading Practices to deepen the global engagement of the U.S. YMCA movement.
