Experience in nonprofit youth and community programming, supervisory skills, and direct service delivery experience in a YMCA or similar setting.
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated hands-on experience within a YMCA or similar nonprofit setting, leading youth, family, single adults and senior programming that supports activities, progression, member connections, and safe spaces for all ages and lifestyles. If selected, the Associate Executive Director will supervise and support several department heads, including but not limited to Aquatics, Youth Sports and Activities, and Adult Fitness with direct service hours of teaching classes inside one or more departments. Compensation: $84,000.00 to $92,000.00 per year, (Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, with most new hires starting between the minimum and midpoint of the posted wage range)
