Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate Responsibilities • Inside sales • Helping customers save money on their energy bill • Collect and verify power and natural gas usage information • Sell and promote services in a retail store, kiosk, or event setting • Build strong relationships and trust with customers • Develop sales skills and learn how to enhance them over time • Report event data and photos as assigned Qualifications/Requirement • College degree or experience in sales, marketing or customer service preferred • Reliable transportation to commute to a local location or event • Strong communications, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Available for afternoon/evening hours (11:30-7:30) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Meet weekly sales quota/goals • People-oriented • Self-directed What We Offer • A full time position with work-life balance • A fun and engaging environment • Leadership development • Career growth and advancement opportunities • Paid training course • Base salary + uncapped commission • **This position does require transportation to events in the Chicagoland area*** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 per month Benefits: • 401(k) • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
