Description: • Lead and develop a team of Client Strategy Managers to achieve revenue goals • Drive strong renewal execution through long term planning and data-driven strategies • Coach team to deliver great client results through a value-first approach • Find creative ways to drive value and grow user engagement • Act as a thought partner and trusted resource for clients • Create and execute account growth and engagement strategies • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and business development • Implement best practices and data-driven strategies to enhance performance • Work closely with Revenue + Product leadership on initiatives for retention and growth Requirements: • Proven revenue leader with experience managing high-performing account management teams • 2+ years of management experience in account management • 5+ years of experience in account management • Skilled in client relationship management, with a track record of driving renewals and expansion • Strategic thinker who can translate data insights into actionable plans • Passionate about building a team culture that prioritizes customer success and growth • Experience managing the holistic life cycle of a client relationship from onboarding, quarterly business reviews, renewal, and upsells • Team player and motivated by the company’s success • High EQ and ability to quickly develop client relationships • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities and materialize them through research • Comfortable overseeing a high-touch, high-volume client base • Interest in investment research and the markets Benefits: • We offer flexible work hours, flexible vacation, a generous 401K match, parental leave, team events, wellness budget, learning reimbursement, and more!
