NOTE: MUST BE BASED IN THE GREATER PORTLAND AREA TO BE CONSIDERED. Requires on-site presence in Amity 1-2x/month. ABOUT YES SOCIETY Incubated by acclaimed winemaker Maggie Harrison and the team at Antica Terra, Yes Society is an intimate membership and concierge service for wine collectors that offers access to the most unique, rare bottles in the world. With an eye towards growing our member base in 2026, we are seeking a Social Media Lead to grow awareness of Yes Society’s brand and build a vibrant online community for members and prospects alike. This role is a contract position initially, forecasted at 20 hours/week. However, as our social channels scale, there may be the opportunity for this to evolve into a full-time position. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Own Yes Society’s organic social strategy end-to-end, responsible for growing followers (brand awareness) and increasing conversion to membership from social platforms • Attend weekly team meeting (1hr) to align on near-term/in-flux priorities • Develop and maintain ongoing social editorial calendar, primarily focused on Instagram (@societyyes) to start (~4x posts/wk, 1-2 stories/wk) • Shoot content onsite in Amity, coordinating relevant team members and props, to create content on a monthly basis • Edit content as needed and prep for posting • Schedule and post content, adhering to the planned editorial calendar • Manage community responses and follow relevant accounts, engaging with followers to foster community and escalating concerns to internal team as needed • Recommend and pilot additional social channels for testing and community building • Proactively recommend changes to social brand identity and visuals to improve performance REQUIREMENTS: • 6+ years experience producing and managing organic social content for a D2C brand with platform expertise across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn—luxury experience preferred • Proven track record of growing brand following across social channels (primarily via organic, though additional paid experience is a plus) • Ability to manage and react to shifting priorities and capitalize on real-time cultural moments • Must be able to be onsite in Amity to shoot content on a regular basis (~monthly) • Expertise in video editing and design tools (e.g., Figma) for content creation To apply, please send the following to careers@yes-society.com: 1) Resume • 2) 2-3 brand handles you’ve managed that you’re most proud of and the organic growth achieved within those channels under your management
