This role blends classic EA responsibilities with exposure to high-level investor relations and internal company-building, offering a launchpad for long-term growth. 🎯 About the Role We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will operate at the center of Yendo’s leadership engine. You'll manage core administrative functions, help coordinate internal priorities, and act as a force multiplier for the CEO. You’ll also work closely with our Chief of Staff and other executives, contributing to cross-functional projects, and supporting investor relations (IR) initiatives. A major focus of this role is building systems, automations, and scalable processes to streamline administrative work, freeing up your time (and the CEO’s) for higher-value execution. This is an ideal role for someone with private equity, consulting, or high-growth startup experience who thrives in high-expectation environments and is excited to grow with the business. 💼 Responsibilities Executive Operations Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, travel, inbox, and meeting preparation Prioritize and triage inbound communications with speed and discretion Coordinate across stakeholders and track follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to align on priorities, execution cadence, and internal visibility Process Building & Automation Build lightweight systems and AI to streamline scheduling, communication, and information flow Identify and implement tools and automations (e.g. calendaring, email routing, note-taking, task tracking) to reduce manual overhead Proactively refine and document repeatable workflows to help scale the EA function as the company grows Create leverage by minimizing low-value tasks and surfacing high-leverage opportunities Investor Relations & Market Intelligence Track market activity, financing rounds, and thematic shifts across the VC landscape Identify trends, strategic events, and networking opportunities relevant to the CEO and company Support board and investor meeting prep, touchpoint tracking, and communications Maintain organized records of investor relationships and emerging capital market dynamics Special Projects Coordinate events such as internal leadership offsites, external investor events, and CEO-level strategy sessions Conduct research, analysis, or draft content for special initiatives as needed Help drive internal clarity and momentum by supporting comms and cross-functional execution ✅ You Might Be a Fit If...
