As a Strategic Account Executive, you will play a key role in the growth of our Yelp Restaurants division. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while receiving support and guidance from our team. What you'll do: • Manage your own book of business by effectively prospecting and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. • Drive the sales cycle primarily through inside sales: from making introductory calls to closing deals. • Become proficient in Yelp's suite of products: Yelp Reservations, Waitlist, Connect, and Advertising. • Understand and communicate the value of various restaurant solutions available in the market. • Quickly adapt product recommendations to meet client needs, handling objections with ease. • Aim to consistently exceed monthly sales goals and expectations. What it takes to succeed: • A Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS solutions. • Familiarity with restaurant technology such as reservation and waitlist systems is a plus. • Exceptional communication skills and comfort with phone outreach. • Proficiency with computers and email; experience in Salesforce is an added advantage. • A positive attitude and relentless drive to succeed. • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time in a fast-paced environment. • A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement through feedback and training. • High standards of integrity and work ethic. • Strong listening skills, with a persistent and persuasive approach. • Genuine curiosity about restaurants and the ability to inspire passion in others. • Ability to adapt and think on your feet in challenging situations.
