Yellow Flag Productions – Southfield, MI (On-Site) Yellow Flag Productions is seeking an experienced Account & Project Manager to lead and manage key client relationships, including our partnership with Lawrence Technological University (LTU) and other priority initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing integrated marketing, creative, and paid media campaigns while serving as a primary liaison between agency leadership, clients, and internal teams. The Account & Project Manager plays a central role in ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable performance across high-impact accounts. Position Overview The Account & Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and performance management of major agency initiatives. This position combines client management, project oversight, and media coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role works closely with executive leadership and supports both long-term partnerships and emerging priority projects. Reports directly to the President of the Agency. Key Responsibilities Account & Client Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and priority initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and leadership teams. • Ensure work aligns with client goals and strategic priorities. • Provide clear, consistent communication and status updates. Project & Campaign Management • Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. • Coordinate creative, production, digital, and media teams. • Manage timelines, scopes, and budgets. • Maintain master project and campaign calendars. • Ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Media Planning & Performance Oversight • Oversee paid media campaigns across digital, social, streaming, and traditional channels. • Coordinate media placements and vendor relationships. • Monitor campaign pacing and budget utilization. • Ensure creative assets meet platform and placement requirements. Recommend optimizations based on performance data. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization • Develop weekly and monthly performance reports. • Track KPIs including impressions, engagement, conversions, and web traffic. • Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement. • Present insights and recommendations to leadership and clients. • Support data-driven decision-making across initiatives. Strategic Support & Growth • Support agency leadership on special projects and priority initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency. • Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. • Recommend emerging tools, platforms, and media opportunities. • Contribute to long-term planning and account development.
