About the job Frontend Developer, Blockchain (Remote Worldwide) Job Responsibilities : • Writing clean and efficient code using React and Next.js • Implementing strong typing practices with TypeScript to ensure code reliability • Designing responsive UIs with CSS and Tailwind CSS, and integrating blockchain technologies • The role also involves leveraging server-side rendering and static site generation techniques in Next.js • Managing asynchronous state with advanced libraries, and contributing to crosschain technology projects • The candidate will be expected to work with AWS services for deployment and maintenance of applications, maintain code versioning with Git, and actively contribute to open-source projects, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous work. Candidate Requirements : • React : Very good knowledge, including the latest best practices (e.g., efficient use of useEffect, using libraries like tanstack-query) • Next.js : Excellent knowledge, with a deep understanding of SSG, SSR, and the app router model. • TypeScript : Proficient, with a thorough understanding of typing systems and strong typing practices. • Design Patterns : Excellent mastery and the ability to demonstrate their practical application in software projects. • CSS & Tailwind CSS : Impeccable skills in creating responsive, high-performance UIs. • Blockchain Libraries : Experience with viem, wagmi, ethersjs, algosdk, or similar. • Crosschain Technologies : Experience with technologies like Wormhole is valued. • AWS Services : Minimal knowledge of Lambda, S3, EC2, and RDS. • Version Control : Expertise in Git • Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or physics. • Open-source Contributions : A strong portfolio of open-source code or contributions on GitHub or similar platforms.
