Currently seeking an Talent Acquisition Assistant The qualified candidate must be energetic, organized and detailed oriented, capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities and setting priorities. Strong organizational skills and extremely detail oriented. Confidentiality is essential. Demonstrates respect, cooperation, patience, consideration and tact in dealing with all new hires, peers, and managers. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in carrying out various HR functions and procedures for all company personnel. • Onboard new employees ensuring that all regulatory and company requirements are met. • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. • Maintain accurate and confidential digital employee records. • Collect and file all employee professional licenses and other accreditation. • Process HR Department invoices. • Maintain and update job descriptions • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation. • Support HR projects and employee initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and some HR experience preferred. • Proficient in MS Office • Proficient in working in HRIS systems.
