You will leverage your expertise in multichannel marketing strategies, social media platforms, and performance analytics to enhance our recruitment efforts. Responsibilities • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with our business goals. • Utilize SEO techniques to optimize job postings for search visibility. • Leverage social media marketing channels to promote job openings and engage potential candidates. • Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates across various platforms. • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns. • Create compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality applicants through effective copywriting. • Analyze recruitment metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to refine strategies and improve performance. • Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and advertising sales to enhance recruitment practices. Experience • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment. • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies including email marketing, print advertising, and digital marketing. • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging recruitment materials. • Experience with WordPress for managing job postings on company websites. • Knowledge of HTML is a plus for optimizing online content. • Proficient in using Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising for targeted outreach campaigns. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on research findings. • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on relationship-building and sales techniques.
