Controls Project Lead (Player-Coach Role) Location: Alpharetta, GA Type: Full-Time | Travel ~20% You still love the engineering—but you’re ready to lead. We’re hiring a Controls Project Leader—someone who knows how to guide a project and still get their hands dirty. This “player-coach” role is perfect for an experienced controls pro who’s ready for more visibility, impact, and leadership. You’ll own full project cycles and lead a cross-functional engineering team (mechanical, electrical, and controls) to deliver complex, custom automation solutions.
