Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to oversee and coordinate residential and commercial building projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and construction management expertise. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining effective communication with the company’s executive management, clients, subcontractors, inspectors, consultants and team members. Duties • Lead and supervise construction projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project safety, plans, schedules, and budgets. • Develop detailed project look ahead schedules; monitor progress and adjust plans per overall schedule and as needed. • Oversee daily operations on the construction site, including leading weekly trade coordination meeting and weekly safety tool box meetings. • Review blueprints and contracts scope of work to ensure accurate execution of project requirements. • Implement quality control measures to meet safety standards (OSHA and L&I compliance) and project requirements. • Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals using ProCore and Bluebeam. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed. • Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. • Issue detailed daily reporting and records. • Participate in all related meetings. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising similar projects type. • Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety standards (OSHA), blueprint reading. • Strong understanding of contracts, project scheduling and budgeting. • Hands-on experience with construction site supervision including QA/QC. • Management skills including supervising teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and problem-solving under pressure. • Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, authorities, and internal teams. • Relevant training and safety certifications such as OSHA certification are preferred. • Have a valid driver license and a vehicle. • Background check will be required for the potential candidate.
