Job description Commercial Construction Project Manager with a full service, self-performing commercial construction and restoration company. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. A Commercial Construction Project Manager oversees building projects from inception to completion, manages project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that the project meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities • Manage project schedules from start to completion. • Supervise and lead project construction teams • Manage ordering and delivery of materials • Schedule and/or conduct required code inspections • Ensure quality assurance program requirements are met • Efficiently manage project requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate with architects, engineers, MEP contractors, and others as needed • Coordinate with other Project Managers for scheduling of field labor • Document project progress through daily logs and photos through Contractor Foreman software • Monitor job site safety including weekly safety toolbox talks. Requirements • Must be able to read complex sets of blueprints/plans • Manage delivery and use of heavy equipment. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, inspectors and owners. Requires excellent verbal and written skills to listen and speak in a clear and concise manner so that goals are met. • Must exemplify excellent leadership skills. This role will be in charge of delegating tasks to field staff, subcontractors and other lower-level managers. • Superior time management skills. Ability to meet project deadlines. • Experience writing proposals and budget plans. Ability to document all phases of the project to the client. • Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts and drawings of the project. • Familiarity with building and municipality codes. • Ability to use various software including Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Contractor Foreman, and Certify. • Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license • Must have 3-5 commercial experience • Bilingual preferred (Spanish) • Must have reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Language: • Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
