Provide executive-level program support including communications, scheduling, and project tracking.
Requires DoD secret clearance, bachelor's degree in business, and experience supporting executive personnel.
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Secret LOCATION: 600 19th St. NW, Washington, DC 20006 WORK HOURS/DAYS: 8am-4:45pm/Monday-Friday REPORT TO: Contract Supervisor EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Department of Defense secret clearance required • Bachelor's degree in business from an accredited University and four (4) years of experience or six (6) years in supporting executive level personnel. • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of Office Products (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) with expert level knowledge of SharePoint. • Strong aptitude for learning PPT-specific programs and software (i.e., Tableau, Schedule) and other COTS applications. • Exceptional organizational, project management and problem-solving skills and multi-tasker with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize simultaneous workflow duties. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanor. QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with high-level executives. • Superior organizational skills and work ethic. • Capable of working independently on high level headquarters level projects. DUTIES/TASKS: The candidate shall perform a variety of program support functions for the PPT executive, program and field offices and at a minimum shall perform any of the following functions: • Prepare written communications using a variety of Microsoft office software. (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, and SharePoint. • Support elite projects and special taskers. • Developing formal management briefings with detailed project reporting and supporting findings and recommendations. • Coordinate and track various topical information coming into the PPT Executive Office, • Track and monitor the status of schedules, memoranda, briefing papers, taskers ensuring formats and deadlines are being met. • Ensures that PPT management is aware of pending upcoming deadlines. • Ensure the proper coordination of executive communications, including calls management, email responses and interfacing with internal and external customers.
