Administrative Assistant – Roofing Company Location: Arnold, MO Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Office / Administration About the Role We are a growing roofing company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations, customers, and field team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist walkin customers • Schedule inspections, sales appointments, and production work • Maintain job files, project data, and digital records • Assist with preparing estimates, proposals, and customer communications • Track job progress and coordinate with sales, production, and crews • Process incoming mail, invoices, and documents • Assist with collections, deposits, and payment posting as needed • Order office supplies and support general office operations • Maintain a professional and positive company image • Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned Qualifications • Previous administrative or office experience preferred (construction or roofing ideal but not required) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines • Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Suite; CRM or QuickBooks desktop experience a plus • Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor • Strong customer service mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical & Work Environment Requirements • Officebased role with standard business hours • Ability to sit, type, and talk on the phone for extended periods • Occasional lifting of files or office materials up to 20 lbs Compensation & Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience • Benefits package available (if applicable) • Paid training and onboarding • Opportunities for growth within the company About Us We are a customer-focused roofing company committed to quality, integrity, and excellent service.
