We are seeking a highly organized and proactive National Project Manager to oversee commercial flooring projects across the U.S. and Canada. This is a remote position with occasional travel, ideal for someone who can work across multiple time zones and teams. We manage a steady flow of decorative concrete, polished, and resinous flooring jobs across the country. This role requires a strong mix of technical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and client communications while working closely with our remote team to deliver successful outcomes from kickoff through closeout. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage multiple commercial flooring projects from start to closeout. • Vet and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality and availability per scope. • Oversee jobsite readiness, schedule, materials, and installation accuracy. • Ensure flooring installations meet customer specifications and company quality standards. • Monitor project budgets and timelines; identify risks early and propose solutions. • Prepare and deliver project updates, progress reports, and punch list items. • Document project milestones, and changes daily on our team PM sheet. • Be the primary point of contact for clients, field crews, and internal teams. What We're Looking for: • 2-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial flooring, coatings, or general construction • Strong understanding of decorative flooring processes (polished, stained, sealed, resinous, overlays.). • Proven track record of managing subcontractors and remote projects. • Deep commitment to clear, proactive, and frequent communication - written, verbal, and video. • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management software and digital tools. • Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects in a remote environment. • Ability to work independently, stay accountable, and thrive in a remote work environment. • Willingness to travel as projects may require.
