For Our Direct Client Requirement: Job Description We are seeking a hybrid Technical Business Analyst with a strong interest or background in AI and automation to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business units and development teams—gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and actively assisting in building rapid prototypes and automated solutions. The ideal candidate possesses classic business analysis skills combined with a foundational technical toolkit (Python, scripting, and API integration) to help deploy next-generation features in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience & Qualifications Candidates must possess 1 to 3 years of verified professional experience in the following areas: • Business Collaboration: Working directly with business units to understand operational procedures, data requirements, and reporting needs. • Requirements & Workflow Documentation: Documenting user requirements, detailed workflows, and system specifications for new or modified applications. • Feasibility & Financial Analysis: Performing business feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis for proposed technology solutions. • Prototyping & Process Automation: Assisting technical teams in developing scripts and functional prototypes to automate workflows and integrate AI-driven features. • System Compliance & Alignment: Reviewing technical system capabilities and constraints to ensure absolute alignment with state agency and internal IT standards. • Testing & Validation: Supporting QA testing and end-user validation of new solutions within a rapid, agile development environment. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Education • Degree: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field. Technical Skills • AI/ML Fundamentals: A solid understanding of core Artificial Intelligence concepts and practical experience applying pre-built models or web APIs. • Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Python for data processing/automation tasks, and experience using Bash for system-level automation and deployment. • Modern IT Infrastructure: Direct exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker. • Data & Integration: Foundational knowledge of data integration and API development. • Development Practices: Experience with version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines. Professional & Soft Skills • Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to dissect complex business problems and independently propose technology-driven solutions. • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, crucial for translating complex technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders. • Agile Frameworks: Familiarity with agile methodologies and quick prototyping workflows.
