Overview We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. XOTIQ is an innovative clean cosmetics brand focused on skincare and lip care, offering modern, nature-inspired alternatives in the beauty industry. Our products are crafted from organic, plant-based, and pure ingredients to promote wellness and a healthy lifestyle. We educate consumers on the short- and long-term side effects of conventional beauty products on overall health, while highlighting the benefits of clean, natural options for everyday well-being. Internship Description Join our team for a hands-on internship in digital marketing and content creation. This is a standard university-level program designed to provide real-world experience in the beauty industry. Interns will dive into every aspect of marketing, from social media management and ad creation to content editing, design, copyrights, and more. You'll work closely with a dedicated point of contact, attend meetings to discuss tasks, and communicate constantly to deliver high-quality content and campaigns. We guide you through each step, ensuring you gain practical skills in creating product-focused content and managing digital strategies. Duration and Structure • Minimum 3 months (up to 4 months), flexible to meet your university's requirements. • Part-time or full-time hours adjusted based on your academic needs (e.g., to fulfill credit hours like UF's guidelines of 65+ hours per credit). Requirements • Current college student (University of Florida or similar institutions preferred). • Basic knowledge in digital marketing, content creation, social media, ad design, or related fields. • Strong interest in the beauty industry and creative skills (e.g., editing, design). • Ability to commit to regular communication and task reporting.
