Who are we? XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems. We are focused on research and energy development, contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. We are excited to announce the opening of our new Technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025 and seeking a Service Director to support this expansion. This role will lead the development and deployment of XNRGY's Service Operating Model, including warranty and claim management, service parts sales, and product start-up and commissioning. The Senior Service Manager will build and develop a high-performing service workforce while driving seamless integration across business units. This position is critical to ensuring operational readiness, continuous improvement, and exceptional service delivery. An overview of your responsibilities: • Service Strategy: Review and propose adjustments to the current Service Operating Model to improve service performance and customer satisfaction that align with XNRGY's mission, values, and business objectives. • Deploy Service Strategies: Leveraging internal and external resources, ensure the deployment of the Service Operating Model in line with project timelines. Drive a culture Safety and Quality first and ensure compliancy with industry standards and regulations (OSHA, CNESST) • Customer Relations: Foster and improve relationship with customers by listening and searching for continuous improvement solution. • External Partner Management: Seek and develop external partnerships to adequately support volume increase, multiple site locations and expected response time in the CRAH business • Performance Management & Development: Implement robust performance management frameworks (KPI), including coaching, training with his/her team. • Service Technology Management: Develop requirements for an integrated system to manage external requests (intake process) and service tech team T&L expenses. Maintain a cost-effective and creative mindset. • Budget Management: Develop and manage the service department budget/forecast activities, while ensuring cost-effective operations What you'll need, among other things! • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Service leadership roles within companies of scale. Industry experience in manufacturing is mandatory. Proven track record in problem solving, process and system deployment. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology diploma, or a related field. • Results-Driven Execution: Demonstrates the ability to effectively drive organizational outcomes, with a comprehensive understanding of the service domain and leadership dynamics. This individual must exhibit a collaborative approach while achieving these results.
