We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our rapidly growing healthcare management company headquartered in US. This role focuses on handling lead inquires, communicating with clients, sourcing potential client contacts, and executing targeted campaigns to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop client leads and close business partnerships with healthcare groups, hospital systems, and surgical facilities nationwide. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health executives, hospital administrators, and medical providers. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages to drive strategic growth. • Develop and execute mass mailing campaigns to engage prospects. • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, recruiting, and billing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. • Track outreach performance and optimize strategies. Qualifications: • Self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate with senior healthcare leaders. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse client pipeline simultaneously. • Professional presence and the ability to represent the company in a consultative manner. • Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or the healthcare and staffing industry is preferred.
