Supply Chain Operations Manager About Xenon Arc At Xenon arc, we’re transforming how producers connect with their customers. FLSA Classification Non-Exempt Reports to Operations Manager – Supply Chain Main areas of responsibility: • Execute the inbound inventory process end-to-end, from data-entry and validation, to escalation of delays and other purchase order issues • Manage purchase order confirmations, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the ERP system to monitor expected inventory arrival dates • Process inbound inventory receipts from our warehouses and ensure product availability is accurate for customer service teams to fulfill orders • Monitor on-time inbound performance, address inventory delays or discrepancies by escalating to warehouses or clients to help resolve • Process inventory, freight and warehousing invoices for accuracy and timely payout • Work with diligence and urgency to ensure the inbound flow of product is never a bottleneck • Strengthen logistic partner relationships to ensure best-in-class service • Build reports using CRM and ERP data to visualize insights into business teams • Create operational efficiencies through continuous process improvement and ideas Basic Qualifications: • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management or STEM disciplines. Relevant work experience and/or internship(s) a plus. • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability, creativity and drive to succeed • Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer centric • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Analytical and problem-solving ability • 1-3 year’s work experience in Supply Chain or Operations, depending on need, prior roles & responsibilities • Willingness to travel (up to 10%) Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations • Professional experience managing supply chains in a B2B environment • Experience developing purchase plans and managing working capital • Experienced in use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software Location & Commitments • Full-time, permanent • Report to office HQ in Bellevue, WA or our office in Rosemont, IL. • Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home Affirmative Action/EEO Statement It is the policy of Xenon arc to grant equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, national origin, ethnicity, marital status, parental status, disability, veteran status, age, religion, political affiliation, gender, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
