Summary Chief Revenue Officer Location: USA As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strategic direction for our organization. You will lead our sales, business development and marketing efforts while ensuring alignment with our mission to augment customer data intelligence through innovative AI solutions. Compensation • For the 1st year - 100% revenue based compensation based on the client projects that you would help to get and deliver. • After 1st year, based on company's progress we can consider formal corporate positions with market standard salary and equity etc. Responsibilities • Develop and execute revenue generation strategies to achieve business objectives. • Lead and manage the business development and sales team to drive B2B sales initiatives. • Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities. • Collaborate with marketing to align strategies that support revenue growth. • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. • Oversee account management processes to ensure customer satisfaction. • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team. Qualifications • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Chief Revenue Officer or similar position. • Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools is preferred. • Experience with Marketing tools is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and drive results. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. • Ability to develop strategic partnerships that enhance revenue opportunities. • Deep experience in developing Go To Market strategies and business development plans for Healthcare, Life Sciences, BioTech, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance AI solutions. • 15+ years experience in leading the marketing, business development and sales teams. • Excellent sales, business development and marketing skills to get client projects for developing solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning & Data Science for Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Bio Tech, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. • Experience in doing consultative selling and professional services selling. • Excellent network and relationship with a large client base. • Proven track record of securing client projects and revenue. • Focused, aggressive, result oriented, can-do attitude. • Excellent communication skills. • Bachelors or Masters Degree. • Authorized to work in United States, No H1B Visa or OPT sponsorship Sorry, we do not work with any recruiters!
