In this pivotal role, you will drive our business growth by leveraging your expertise in AI and technology sales to foster relationships with clients and enhance their digital transformation journey. Your contributions will be vital in aligning our innovative solutions with customer needs. Compensation • For the 1st year - 100% revenue based compensation based on the client projects that you would help to get and deliver. • After 1st year, based on company's progress we can consider formal corporate positions with market standard salary and equity etc. Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives. • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer engagement. • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals in the technology sector. • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that promote our AI solutions. • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion. • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support for their success. • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and reporting on performance metrics. • Represent the company at industry events to promote our brand and offerings. Qualifications • Excellent sales, business development & marketing skills to get client projects for developing customized solutions using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Life Sciences sectors. • Experience in doing consultative selling and professional services selling. • Proven experience in business development or sales management within the technology sector. • Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. • Experience managing teams and driving performance results. • Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM tools is preferred. • Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on collaboration and innovation. • Authorized to work in United States, No H1B Visa or OPT sponsorship Call-To-Action If you're ready to lead transformative initiatives in the AI space and make a significant impact on our customers' success, we invite you to apply today! !!!!
