Summary We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development specializing in AI, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for Credit Unions and Community Banks. This strategic role is based in the US and is vital in driving growth by fostering strong client relationships and expanding our innovative solutions' reach. Join us to shape the future of financial technology. Compensation For the 1st year all compensation would be 100% revenue based on the client projects that you would help to get and deliver. After 1st year, based on company's progress we can consider formal corporate positions with market standard salary and equity etc. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting Credit Unions and Community Banks. • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients and industry partners. • Lead market research initiatives to identify new opportunities aligned with our AI and GRC solutions. • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. • Drive sales growth through effective negotiation and strategic planning. • Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility. • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Monitor industry trends to keep the company ahead of technological advancements. Qualifications • Experience in doing consultative selling and professional services selling with Credit Unions and Community Banks. • Proven experience in business development within the Credit Unions, Community Banks, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance sectors. • Proven experience in business development within the financial technology or AI sectors. • Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees preferred. • Prior experience working with Credit Unions or Community Banks is highly desirable. • Knowledgeable in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance related AI and Data Analytic solutions and use cases such as Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), Document processing automation using AI solutions, Customer Onboarding, KYC, Risk assessment, Transaction monitoring, Anti Money Laundering AI solutions, Fraud Detection, Advanced Data Analytics solutions, Personalized Customer experience and support using conversational AI, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing, Loan and Insurance Underwriting, Claims Processing etc. • Focused, aggressive, result oriented, can-do attitude. • Excellent communication skills • Bachelors or Masters Degree. • Authorized to work in United States, No H1B Visa or OPT sponsorship Call-To-Action Ready to lead the future of AI-driven financial solutions?
