If you’re familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles.Key Responsibilities:Creates clear, accurate, and compelling content including (but not limited to) Website, Blogs, eBooks, Case Studies, Infographics, emails, Webinars, Videos, Press Releases, Social Media Copy, and marketing collateral.Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products, services, and events.Manages the content library, providing in-depth analysis of all marketing content while working closely with marketing leadership to manage marketing initiatives to identify customer requirements, buyer personas, outdated content, and content gaps.Collaborates with internal and external teams for content ideas; and assists content creation team members or freelance writers with outlines, suggestions, copy editing, and other general support.Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels to understand requirements and common objectives and synthesize into consistent message delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the Information Technology or staffing industry.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.Proficiency in creating SEO-friendly content and familiarity with SEO tools such as, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.Strong understanding of the IT and staffing industry, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.Experience in writing for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills and a knack for engaging audiences.If you are passionate about creating impactful content and thrive in a fast-paced IT and staffing environment, we’d love to hear from you!
