Job Title: Oracle EPM Project Manager Location: Houston, TX / Chicago, IL Type: Contract Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Oracle EPM Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPM Cloud or Hyperion implementations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end Oracle EPM project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. • Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure project goals are met. • Drive implementation of EPM solutions such as Planning, Financial Consolidation, Profitability and Cost Management, etc. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. • Manage risks, issues, and change control processes. • Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards. Requirements: • 7+ years of IT project management experience, with 3+ years in Oracle EPM (Cloud or Hyperion). • Strong understanding of Oracle EPM modules and architecture. • Experience in managing enterprise finance or performance management projects. • PMP or equivalent certification preferred. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
