Current Xavier University employees must apply to the internal career site by logging into Workday Graduate CRM Analyst Xavier University’s Office of Enrollment Systems invites applications for a Graduate CRM Analyst who will assist in the administration of the CRM system Technolutions Slate. This position reports through the Director of Enrollment Systems and work closely with the Office of the Graduate School. The position has the option to be fully remote or hybrid from Xavier’s campus in Cincinnati, OH. Duties and Responsibilities: Daily administration of Technolutions Slate instances under the guidance of the Director of Enrollment Systems Expand Grad SLATE functionalities for improving enrollment intelligence and business analytics Lead efforts to automate the process, and components of, Xavier’s Graduate process as well amending and updating outdated processes Documenting processes and aid in training of new staff in Slate Assist in the development of intelligent decision models and targeted quantitative analysis to improve operational efficiencies and the student experience Plan, prepare and produce a variety of queries and reports for campus stakeholders Support the recruitment and retention teams through building analytics using data from the CRM and SIS systems Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will be attentive to detail and have the ability to function in a multi-tasked environment. The successful candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse community of students, faculty, and other staff members. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Information Systems with one to two years of related work experience. Previous experience with Technolutions Slate CRM is preferred.
