Operate and program CNC machines, perform maintenance, handle materials, ensure quality control, and document production data.
Experience with CNC machine operation and programming, CAD/CAM software skills, ability to interpret technical drawings, tooling setup, maintenance, and safety adherence.
Responsibilities • Operate CNC machines, including milling and other fabrication equipment, ensuring accurate production according to specifications • Programme CNC machinery using CAD/CAM software and interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials in accordance with job requirements • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on CNC equipment • Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse or production area • Use hand tools and welding equipment as necessary for assembly or modifications • Maintain high standards of quality control by inspecting finished parts against specifications • Document production data accurately and adhere to safety protocols at all times Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
