Location: Anaheim, CA (Warehouse Operations) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Early mornings to late evenings, depending on route completion About the Role We’re hiring a Logistics General Manager to oversee daily delivery operations at our Anaheim warehouse. Our workdays start early and end only when every package has been delivered, so we need someone comfortable staying until the job is fully completed. This is a hands-on leadership role where being present, involved, and detail-focused is essential. Responsibilities • Manage daily operations from morning launch to end-of-day route completion • Lead drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse teams with a strong, active management style • Closely monitor routes, performance, and workflow throughout the day • Identify issues quickly and intervene as needed to keep operations on track • Enforce safety standards, policies, and process consistency • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational planning • Keep constant communication with internal teams to ensure smooth execution Requirements • Background in logistics, delivery operations, warehouse management, or transportation • Strong leadership with the ability to stay involved in day-to-day activities • Comfortable working long, variable hours when routes run late • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills • A results-oriented approach and high accountability Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $75,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience • Medical, Dental, Vision • Paid Time Off • Growth opportunities • Stable leadership and a structured work environment • Clear processes and expectations to help you succeed About the Schedule Our operation begins early and concludes once all packages have been delivered. Some days finish on time, some days run long — this role requires a leader who understands and commits to the full operational cycle.
