What You’ll Do This is a high-engagement role — you’ll be part of almost every part of the business: Team & Market Oversight • Build weekly staff schedules across 8–10 market locations • Track attendance, manage check-ins, and train new hires using our online portal • Be ready to step in and cover a market shift on Saturdays if needed • Take last-minute calls and problem-solve when things don’t go as planned Inventory, Fulfillment & Shipping • Monitor inventory across warehouse, kitchen, and market bins • Communicate with production team about what needs to be made • Build and restock market bins (jars, samples, tents, supplies, POS, etc.) • Label products accurately and help prep orders • Pack and ship wholesale and online orders via UPS and USPS Warehouse & Vehicle Management • Keep warehouse organized, clean, and stocked (Tucker, GA) • Track equipment like tents, tables, Square readers, uniforms, ice packs, etc. • Oversee use of company vehicles for deliveries and market runs Production & Admin Support Help in production when the kitchen team needs support • Assist with building gift sets, organizing inventory, and labeling • Prep invoices and purchase orders • Track product performance by market and report insights to leadership What You Bring • Experience in team or operations management • High energy, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-paced environments • Reliable and flexible — ready to jump in wherever needed • Comfortable using Google Drive and digital tools (Shopify or Square is a plus) • Clear communication and ability to follow systems Perks • Free product and lots of snacks • Major growth opportunity in a fast-scaling company • Be part of a mission-driven brand with a loyal customer community To Apply: Complete the Video interview.
