Provide extensive on-site and virtual training to dental customers, support clinical product use, and assist with customer education and feedback.
Requires 5+ years clinical training in dental industry, experience with dental software, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel extensively.

You will interface directly with the Customer Success and Training Manager and be supported by an all-star team of clinical training specialists in a dynamic and challenging start-up environment. We seek a candidate who's main responsibilities include: • Must be located in Seattle, WA, Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV or Denver, CO area • Up to 100% travel (most likely closer to 75%) as required domestically and internationally to install equipment and integrate into customer office. • Provide comprehensive on-site training to new customers, including doctors and staff on the use of both hardware and software. • Establish positive initial customer relations by initiating the post-sale training efforts to ensure customer trainings are handled appropriately. • When not traveling, available for remote support from home office. • Assist technical support remotely by providing clinical and training support to doctors and dealers. • Provide post training virtual live surgery support to customers. • Provide comprehensive virtual training to customers, including doctors and staff on the use of both hardware and software. • Respond to ongoing customer education needs. • Identify and provide feedback on product usage and potential new uses, enhancements or deficiencies to engineering and product manager for ongoing product development. • Tradeshow, clinical course & Dealer support, where needed Additional desirable skills and experience include: • 5+ years of experience in clinical training for the dental industry • Dental implant/surgical experience a plus (product sales or training) • Must have experience with treatment planning software (3D experience a plus). • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual a plus • Within an hour to a major airport a must • Highly developed communication skills (verbal, written & presentation) • Strong problem solving and strategic thinking • Strong collaborator who can work effectively with others, with the ability to work independently • Ability to work flexible hours
